As a small US company we have made the decision to buy our hat blanks from an American supplier who produces overseas. This ensures that chaads customers receive a quality hat that is affordable. We do all of our patchwork and embroidery in the USA. Unfortunately at this time there are not any manufacturers of hat blanks that are made 100% in the USA.
