We first introduced our soft armor inserts in 2020. Now, we are proud to offer them in all three weight options, each NIJ Certified Level IIIA or Level IIIA+. This allows you to have a removable soft armor option that can be transferred between all your carrier options, letting you meet any mission needs you encounter.

Perfect for anyone who needs dependable, lightweight, transferable soft armor. Whether you are a security professional, law enforcement officer, or private citizen in need of ballistic protection our Soft Armor Inserts offer a cost-effective, NIJ Certified option.

Comfort and fit are top goals at National Body Armor. With that in mind, we design each of our products to provide a lightweight, high-quality option that can be worn all day, every day. It is highly concealable and will fit many of our top carriers including the tactical and tank top options. In a world where lighter is better, we offer this insert in all three of our weight options including light, lighter, and lightest. It is also available in a wide range of sizes from small to 5xl to ensure the best personal fit possible.

Backed by the National Body Armor Warranty. Each carrier is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for 24 months from the date of purchase. Panels are warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase to conform to minimum NIJ protocol in an actual confrontation. This, along with National Body Armor rigorous internal standards, allows us to produce only the highest-quality protection. Plus, all Soft Armor Inserts are NIJ Certified Level IIIA or Level IIIA+, with the Lighter and Lightest options providing special threat protection.

The price you can afford. At only $620.00, depending on the weight and size selected, our Soft Armor Inserts are a bargain, however, National Body Armor does not want cost to come between you and the protection you deserve.
