There is a difference in the manufacturing process between the two types of customization, with pattern customization being more complex and requiring more time to complete.

Please add your custom text or pattern on the product purchase page, or send your desired customization directly to marketing@gtracing.com.

Please upload a clear PNG file with a recommended size of at least 2500 x 2500 pixels. If your image does not meet the size requirements or is too complex, we will contact you to assist with the customization process.

If you need to change your custom order, please contact us immediately after receiving the confirmation email. We will try our best to meet your requirements, but we cannot guarantee that the change is feasible.

Typically, delivery takes 15-20 business days. However, please be aware that during peak seasons and holidays, this may increase to up to 40 business days due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Creating custom products takes time! Each item is made especially for you, with careful attention to detail to bring your unique vision to life. This involves several steps, from processing your design to production and quality checks, before it's carefully packaged and shipped.

We understand that sometimes you need your order sooner. We're working on offering expedited shipping options in the future. In the meantime, please plan your orders in advance, especially during peak seasons.

Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except for quality issues.
